I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Marriage & Family Therapist. I have had a great deal of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I provide a warm and supportive place to explore your feelings and help you achieve your goals.

As a psychotherapist I am dedicated to improving the health and well being of my clients and it is my goal to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. I work from a positive psychology perspective geared towards increasing confidence, and self esteem.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.
