My work with couples emphasizes the development of courage to change what does not work in a relationship, while supporting both partners to achieve a deeper understanding of each other, settle differences and/or significantly improve existing dysfunctional patterns.

A healthy relationship takes work. Changing established relational patterns requires honesty and courage, this work may be difficult, but increasing connection and repairing rifts in relationships is nearly always possible.
