My work with couples emphasizes the development of courage to change what does not work in a relationship, while supporting both partners to achieve a deeper understanding of each other, settle differences and/or significantly improve existing dysfunctional patterns.

Ray uses a combination of Emotion Focused Therapy along with some Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as she feels that this combination works well when working with couples. Ray believe that he underlying feelings are at the bottom of couple issues.

As a therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, an approach that has been very successful in facilitating positive change in struggling relationships, I am committed to advocating, supporting and facilitating balance in all partnerships.
