In couple's and marriage counselling I treat the relationship as the client. I will work to improve you the well-being of the relationship to create success within the individuals.

Ray uses a combination of Emotion Focused Therapy along with some Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as she feels that this combination works well when working with couples. Ray believe that he underlying feelings are at the bottom of couple issues.

As a therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, an approach that has been very successful in facilitating positive change in struggling relationships, I am committed to advocating, supporting and facilitating balance in all partnerships.
