We offer neurodiversity-affirming marriage counselling for couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent. My approach emphasizes communication clarity, nervous-system safety, consent, and practical tools that honour difference rather than pathologize it.

Our team of therapists are trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT)-Terry Real, providing couples an opportunity to learn, heal and integrate new skills.

Being in a secure and loving relationship can be an amazing resource when dealing with stress. I am passionate about helping couples repair, heal and strengthen their bonds. My practice is informed by the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy.
