I provide Christian counseling and Christian Marriage Counselling to individuals, couples, and families. My background includes both Christian and Spiritual experiences and training that allows for a deep understanding of the importance of the spiritual and religious aspects for individuals, couples, and families in their healing process. I can help you develop the inner peace that you are seeking in relation to your problem.

As a Christian, I greatly appreciate how faith and spirituality play a role in our daily lives. Yet God still calls us to be in the world and to experience many different aspects of human life, even things we think God could fix. Making sense of the differences between what we believe God wants and what we face daily can be distressing and lead to despair and depression. Talking about these losses with someone with a similar faith can be vital as we navigate these challenges. If requested, I offer Christian counseling to assist indivduals to cope with emotional, relational, and spiritual difficulties. Often incorporating faith into therapy can provide a sense of comfort, meaning, and hope, as well as a framework for understanding and addressing our challenges. I will use various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches, while integrating faith-based principles and practices.

Being reminded that having a strong and resilient faith can be a very supportive and powerful intervention. The ultimate goals of therapy will be to identify behaviors that are inconsistent with having a strong faith in God, so you can become more accepting of God’s plan for you.
