My approach to counselling is attachment based and trauma informed. I have extensive training in emotionally focused therapy, the gold standard in couple's therapy, which I apply in my work with couples, families, and individuals. I am trained through a biblical lens and comfortable including faith in the work we will do. If requested, I offer Christian counseling to assist indivduals to cope with emotional, relational, and spiritual difficulties.
