My area of specialty is Couple Therapy. Pre-marital, couples (all different types), divorce recovery, affair recovery, separation and divorce, sex and intimacy issues.

In couple's and marriage counselling I treat the relationship as the client. I will work to improve you the well-being of the relationship to create success within the individuals.

Being in a secure and loving relationship can be an amazing resource when dealing with stress. I am passionate about helping couples repair, heal and strengthen their bonds. My practice is informed by the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy.
