I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

As a Registered Psychotherapist and Recreation Therapist, I specialize in supporting both individuals and couples in coping with chronic pain, anxiety/depression, grief, difficult life transitions, and relationships issues.

As a holistic practitioner, I draw on several therapeutic techniques and work with you to address your concerns, to rediscover your wholeness and wellness, to support you to heal and to accept life's challenges . Holistic approaches take the whole person into account.

Through my own struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences and professional training in gestalt therapy, and somatic experiencing (SE) allows me to support you.
