Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

My passion is to journey with people towards greater healing, wholeness, and purpose in their lives. I strive to create a caring, compassionate, and culturally sensitive atmosphere where my clients can work through the life challenges they are facing.
