I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.

With over 25 years of experience, I provide a warm, supportive space to explore life’s challenges. I tailor sessions to your unique needs, helping you improve coping, build resilience, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
