My role as counsellor is to create an atmosphere that you feel comfortable in sharing your experiences and emotions while discovering solutions that work for you.

I incorporate a blend of psychological, Jungian, spiritual, and creative philosophies that include dreamwork, tarot, CBT, and narrative therapy to help you move past limiting patterns and beliefs, access your wisdom, and move into the life that you want.

Services offered to older adolescents, adults and couples in both English & French. I use a client-centred approach and look to my client to determine the goals and direction for counselling. Convenient evening and weekend appointments are available.
