Your peace of mind starts here. Kellye Woods is a Registered Social Worker offering psychotherapy and counselling. We offer evidence-based services to youth (16+) and adults, drawing on a number of different theoretical orientations to best suit your needs.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

My role as counsellor is to create an atmosphere that you feel comfortable in sharing your experiences and emotions while discovering solutions that work for you.
