If you feel stretched too thin, anxious for no reason, or stuck in patterns you can’t shake, you’re not alone. With a down-to-earth, steady approach, I help you slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and feel lighter and more in control again.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

With my experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and communication issues, I’d like to support you in finding a balance in your life.
