I have found virtual therapy to be as effective as in-person counselling.

I use VSee HIPAA compliant face-to-face telemental health for those who are local and live across Texas. It is effective and easy to set up.

Best if used in conjunction with face to face counseling. However, offer is open even if done electronically only.

I work with people who have been diagnosed with ADHD later in life and want to learn how to manage their symptoms.

If you are not able to see a counsellor in person I am happy to assist you via telehealth (zoom/other), email or telephone in all areas of concern.

I offer sessions via Zoom, Skype and on the phone. This is very successful for clients who are busy or who live out of town.

Telehealth appointments can be very beneficial if getting to a traditional in-person appointment is not convenient, or you simply just don’t want to.

New Birth Counseling offers e-counseling services so that you can get the therapy you want from the comfort of your home or office.

I will be providing video and phone counseling via telehealth during the corona virus crisis. Then I will transition back into the office.

Accessing quality therapy is challenging, especially with a busy schedule. I offer e-therapy sessions to keep you connected and better supported.
