Parents and adolescents are empowered to tap into a wide variety of strengths and resources to identify their needs, set goals and create an action plan for attaining them. Dyan guides parents and adolescents through the change process which includes learning adaptive ways to cope and communicate, improve and sustain relationships and adjust unhealthy responses to stress.

"Sometimes when you are parenting you can’t see the forest for the trees. Dyan’s thoughtful insight really helped me see some situations in a new light. Her practical approach gave me tips to better cope with the stress that certainly comes with parenting. I have told all my friends about her and will not hesitate to call on her again!"

"I felt so overwhelmed with life in general and parenting only added to my stress. Dyan helped me to organize my priorities and focus on what was truly essential in my life and the lives of my children. She helped me to recognize that my son was struggling as much as I was and that he needed help. Dyan helped put the peices of our life back together: we recovered our relationships and my son got what he needed from me and the school. For the first time in a long time my family looks forward to the future."
