Hello! Since 2008 I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families spanning across Canada, Egypt and the Netherlands. I'm committed to listening and providing you with practical skills & tools to increase resiliency and to help you feel more in control.

I utilize a variety of techniques (CBT, mindfulness, SFT) to address your concerns and assist in improved self-understanding to help you find meaningful solutions. I strive to create a non-judgemental space and collaborate with you to help achieve your goals.
