My approach is non denominational however faith based. It allows for us to share experiences and goal set without judgement. As a Christian therapist, I feel it always important to work with my client’s faith and value system. Since I am counseling as a person with Christian beliefs, it is not my plan to impose my values on my clients, but to help them in their journey. Since I am a Christian, my frame of reference would be led by the spirit of God. It is my hope to guide individuals towards a stronger relationship with God and with others. It is in this relationship that I believe people will reach their goals and achieve the significance that God has always meant for us to enjoy.

Being both a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and an Ordained Minister of 12 years, I respectfully integrate both psychological and Christian elements in my counselling. You will gain a sense of balance between Biblical and psychological perspectives as you work through your tough situations. You will become more Christlike in your struggle and decision making process.

My Biblical counselling is based on Scripture and supported by my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. By applying Scriptural wisdom we will work together to "take every thought captive for Christ”. Our counselling will help you find confidence in your choices and also help you focus on the truths of Scripture as they apply to your current issues and challenges.
