I use an Existential-Humanistic approach in my therapeutic work with clients. My goal is to help clients maximize their full potential and determine their actions by choice instead of habit. In therapy I always emphasize the uniqueness of the individual and guide people to access their own resources and wisdom. I tailor different modalities to meet client’s personal needs.
