I have over 30 yrs experience working with addictions, trauma, regulating feelings, self esteem, communication in relationships etc. My goal is to create a safe, supportive relationship where you can learn and feel empowered to deal with whatever is troubling you.

I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and trauma. Using a psychodynamic approach with somatic awareness, I help clients explore unconscious patterns and deepen self-understanding for lasting change.

I provide counselling that works for you--if you need to talk things out with someone who can listen, address relationship issues, learn strategies (assertiveness, boundaries, communication), or want specific therapies (eg. EMDR, breathing, hypnotherapy).

My warm, empathic approach allows me to be with you in your tough emotions; helping you to make sense of reactivity, soothe your distress, and regain a sense of balance and contentment within.

Respecting the client's cultural and spiritual background, I primarily use cognitive behavioral approaches because of their empirically proven effectiveness. I guide my clients to find freedom from previous life experiences that are negatively affecting the present.

Robin Morgan specializes in Somatic Experiencing Therapy and Couples Therapy. Somatic Therapy can help you to come out depression and low energy states. It can also help get rid of anxiety, anger and tension in your body to feel more of a sense of well-being.
