I
Although I work with communication, my real focus is the communication we have with ourselves or 'self talk'. I have discovered that as we learn to speak to ourselves with more understanding and compassion that translates out into our relationships and our lives. Using compassion and empathy I provide a safe and supportive space to express and be heard. Marshal Rosenberg's communication modle (NVC) provides a
foundation and tools to
enhance connection and emotional well being. Clarity emerges as we learn to recognize our resources and strengths as well as the essence of what is important to us. I specialize in self esteem, communication and relationship issues. I work with people individually as well as with couples and groups in both workshop and classroom settings.
