My approach is collaborative, warm, and truth-centered as I work with adults, teens, and couples — most of whom have a suspected, recent, or late diagnosis of ASD/ADHD (or a parent/partner who has ASD/ADHD) — in learning to grow through grief and uncomfortable emotions.
