Anger is common to our culture as a response that would suggest the need for control when things seem out of control. Control in human relationships is a dangerous thing when it attempts to be absolute. There are things that are natural, and one must come to expect that in themselves and in others. So my work with anger issues is aimed at accepting what one can not control and allowing a more natural flow of emotions. This leads to softness and acceptance.

Anger is a complex emotion, I believe it comes secondary to fear, also benefits are feeling more in control. Also, what is anger attempting to tell us? Perhaps there have been multiple boundary violations. As we work to uncover the root causes of your anger we will identify healthy coping strategies to better help you deal proactively with your very real feeling.
