I have done psychotherapy for over 42 years in Phoenix and surrounding areas. I am well trained in CBT, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (Asperger's), Bipolar Disorder Management, and Anger Management. I am a training groupie and continue to update my skills in CBT, OCD, GAD, solution-focused work, and ACT. I have worked with adolescents for many years on many of the issues these individuals are working on, and really enjoy this work.
