I work with many individuals that experience the pain that depression causes and the feeling of being stuck. We work and being able to move out of the shutdown mode and learns ways to start the process of being more motivated. When appropriate Dr. Keller collaborates with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to explore the posible benefits of pharmacologic interventions to augment psychotherapy.

I work toward solutions that fit for what the person wants to have happening in their life, and use behavioral activation, CBT, and ACT, to address this.
