I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

I consider it a privilege to listen to an individual's story and walk alongside with them, for a while, on their journey through life, helping them reach their full potential.

I love working with people and helping them grow, overcome obstacles, and discover themselves. I am here to help you with whatever you are struggling with - to help you feel better and be more settled and in control of your life and your future.
