My approach to psychotherapy is holistic, incorporating body and mind, looking at various areas of life and finding the right balance. I help clients get to the root of psychological issues in order to heal from the ground up. The kind of therapy I do goes beyond talk therapy and is very experiential, exploring underlying emotions and deeply rooted patterns. Two of my most important mentors worked directly with Jung and previously with Kunkel. I facilitate a stronger connection to each person's own "Creative Center" and a clear perspective on the influence of egocentricity in our lives through dream work, journal writing, artistic and vocational expression and reflection on meaningful events and relationships.
