I have a wholisitic, integrative approach to providing therapy. I use my own soul-wisdom from years of working with clients and with my own psychological processes. I offer techniques that have worked from my own healing path. One of the things I help clients with is doing the deeper "shadow" work on themselves--meaning, to get in touch with and work through the hidden, unconscious aspects of oneself that are projected out onto others and onto the world.

This can make the psychotherapeutic process easier and more effective for my clients, especially if they are nervous or don’t know what to expect.
