We all experience forms of grief and loss at times in our life. If we can thoroughly and deeply allow ourselves to grieve our losses, it lessens the chance loss will convert into depression. The natural tendency is to avoid this process, but we benefit greatly from submitting to it. Loss is inevitable, but we can have an influence on how we choose to handle it.
