Most marriages are only a few tools away from having a great marriage. I find satisfaction in helping couples get the tools they need to be able to communicate in a way that gets heard. Having a witness (me) hear your problems builds accountabiity and understanding.

Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.
