I am passionate about marriage! The majority of my practice is dedicated to working with couples. My approach is based in attachment theory. We will work to build a healthy connection with your spouse and you will learn about yourselves as individuals as well.

I approach marital therapy without assumption or value judgement. Each person brings to a relationship unique attributes which may unknowingly contribute to conflict or painful relational patterns. I work with couples to explore, understand and change these patterns.

My work with families focuses on improved communication, so that all family members feel heard and solutions to problems are fair and reasonable. I also teach families to discuss issues without arguments and make family-life rewarding and fun.

I particularly like to work with gay male couples experiencing relationship problems. However, I also provide marriage preparation and other conjoint therapy aimed at better communication and facilitation of change and fulfillment in romantic relationships.
