I am a relational collaborative psychologist who ultilizes my education, experience, both in life and academics to connect, understanding and develop a plan of treatment for my clients. I don't follow any one therapy in particular but follow the needs and expectations of each client. I do however work from a psycho-dynamic perspective which allows me a framework within which to understand and enhance the potential for psychological and emotional growth.

The mind is incredibly malleable. Our environment and reactions to it continually form thoughts and processes for thinking. Sometimes, this happens without our consent or awareness and we end up with thought patterns we cannot find our way out of. We may not even know where they came from.
