I have a holistic, spiritual approach. I use somatic techniques including breath work and guided visualizations for soul work and inner child healing, and EFT (Emotional Freedom (Tapping)Technique). I empower clients by giving them tools for life that are easy to integrate into their daily routine.

I am a pre-licensed counseling psychologist this means I have completed doctoral coursework and am working towards gaining licensure in my state. I received my degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. I have seven years of experience working with clients and am supervised by licensed psychologist Maya Weir.
