Together we can come up with a plan to get you to where you would like to be. I treat depression; dysthymia; anxiety; infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns; and anyone who would like a better understanding of themselves and relationships.

Taking this step towards seeking help is a courageous and kind choice. And I know how challenging this can be. I have engaged in my own journey to unpack and release unhelpful beliefs, limitations, and burdens that weren’t mine to carry. I changed my career path and became a psychologist because this work has been so transformative for me. It is my passion to help you on this journey. I am a pre-licensed counseling psychologist this means I have completed doctoral coursework and am working towards gaining licensure in my state. I received my degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. I have seven years of experience working with clients and am supervised by licensed psychologist Maya Weir.
