I am a licensed psychologist who will work with you to develop your strengths and capacities. I do not see my clients as broken or in need of being fixed. I see us all as fellow travelors on the road of life....i.e. wounded people with warts and imperfections who are struggling to create healthy loving connections with other wounded souls. We are all born with the same amount of essential human value. We can never lose that value, but we can lose touch with our essential nature. I see it as our responsibility as adults to reclaim the access to our basic human goodness.

I seek to create an environment in therapy where people can express themselves, heal from past harms and trauma, and develop healthier relationships. I use a mindfulness-based approach to therapy using a somatic and psychodynamic lens. I also have extensive background in Compassionate Inquiry - an approach developed by Gabor Maté. My work is also supported through the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS).
