My approach to psychotherapy comes from a deep responsibility in helping people grow. I specialize in brining adults to consciousness, healing trauma, and self actualization. With 23 years of practicing and teaching the science of yoga and spirituality I consider this work sacred. I have a limited amount of session per week to give my clients the attention they need. I work regularly on my own self care which allows me to capture my passion and avoid burn out. For over 25 years I have been intentional about my own personal growth and healing.
