I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I employ a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, lifestyle changes, and psychoeducation to help people dealing with issues including attention issues, anxiety issues, relationship issues, family issues, depression and other mood issues, and trauma issues.

With a Master’s degree in counseling, I’m trained to treat a wide variety of common mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship issues. However, my passion is helping stressed out men to overcome their barriers, bad-habits, and insecurities to experience healing and breakthrough. I do so using my training in counseling, my experience in ministry, and my expertise as a trained addiction coach.
