My approach to psychotherapy comes from a deep responsibility in helping people grow. I specialize in brining adults to consciousness, healing trauma, and self actualization. With 23 years of practicing and teaching the science of yoga and spirituality I consider this work sacred. I have a limited amount of session per week to give my clients the attention they need. I work regularly on my own self care which allows me to capture my passion and avoid burn out. For over 25 years I have been intentional about my own personal growth and healing. Many of my clients are with me for years and I often hear from past clients years later. Building relationships is the core of therapeutic success.

My clinical approach is to help a person/family understand their difficulties, define goals, and develop realistic action plans to resolve the challenge (solution focused). I support the person with what they want, they need, and what they are willing to change. I combine many approaches, with the goal of reducing the severity and frequency of difficulties, as well as improve the person’s overall functioning.
