Grief and loss can affect every part of a person’s life emotionally, physically, and relationally and there is no “right” way or timeline to grieve. My approach to grief and loss therapy is gentle, supportive, and individualized, honoring each client’s unique experience and relationship to their loss. I provide a calm, compassionate space where clients can express feelings openly, make sense of complex emotions, and process change at their own pace. Together, we focus on building coping strategies, fostering self-compassion, and finding ways to integrate the loss while continuing to move forward with meaning, balance, and emotional resilience.

Grief is inevitable and can come in many ways. It is also personal. An individual and an entire family may be grieving the same object, but each individual may experience the grief differently. Simply put, grief unique for each individual. You may have heard countless stories about individuals struggling to overcome their grief after everyone seems to have moved on and reconciled with their loss.
