As psychologist who studies the mind and behavior, I apply this knowledge and research to helping my patients resolve their mental health issues and life problems/decisions. I use Medical Psychotherapy to help my patients learn to manage their lives after receiving a medical diagnosis. I have the honor of helping athletes, students, performers, and executives achieve Peak Performance. I have several techniques that work together very well or stand alone to help my patients attain their goals and live more fulfilling lives. I use this process because there is no one therapy that works for everyone. Each patient's problem is unique and so should therapy be unique.
