My addiction counseling style is most useful after you have been completely sober for at least 6 moths. My addiction focused therapy helps you to unpack the shame and guilt from your time of using. As well as, working on self forgiveness and moving towards a happy life. I will use EMDR to clear past memories and goal setting / Forecasting to help you clearly define what you want in your life.
