To my way of thinking, psychotherapy is all about learning more about yourself. My approach to psychotherapy is tailor-made to the patient and their needs. I use a Biblical foundation as opposed to the secular formats in traditional psychotherapy techniques, but the results are the same. My patients love having their Christian faith included in the process. For example, when doing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we would find verses of Scripture to contradict the dysfunctional thought / automatic negative thought. This helps us to use a lens of "how does God see this problem", versus the patient trying to make the situation more positive on their own.

We have worked extensively in the treatment of performance based anxieties, co-occurring chronic health conditions, & severe mental health diagnoses as well as in the treatment of trauma & adverse life events.
