Anxiety Disorders are generally created by either negative Cognitions (Scripts) learned in childhood, a lack of intimate connection to other people, and/or from Traumatic experiences, such as physical or sexual abuse. Steve's approach to eliminating Anxiety from client's lives includes teaching Cognitive Behavioral tools that enable clients to re-write their own scripts and then, if necessary, to Re-process Traumatic memories and other faulty learning with EMDR.
