I feel God connects me to people I am meant to help. My primary goal is to create a safe place for people to explore whatever is challenging them without fear of being judged and in complete confidentiality. By providing a safe place I can gently guide my clients through their pain and challenges to a place where they feel understood and validated. From that place we can begin to explore goals and work toward accomplishing them. I help people use their relationship with God to guide them to where they want to be and to where He intends for them to be. We enter this spiritual journey together.

For us, the work is more about truth and transparency of Christ's message and working on the natural laws of accountability and decision making that evolves from that. If one honors God's natural laws of reaping and sowing around the decisions one makes, one is indeed living Scripture to its fullest. We have therapists that take a Christian approach in therapy and adhere to Bible-based counselling. We often talk about the bio-psycho-social spiritual. However, many times the spiritual part is left out of the discussion when it can be a great component of the human experience. We use Chrisitan counseling to explore past hurts and traumas that may have even happened in the church and then, we reprocess those experiences.
