Participants learn about the value of community service, develop leadership skills, and learn how to build relationships with their peers and their family members that are positive and long lasting. Family focus is dedicated to providing support services to all adult family members in order to enhance the stability and wellbeing of families. Through job assistance programs, parents develop the skills they need to be self-sufficient and provide for their children. The agency also offers parenting support groups for fathers who have been absent due to incarceration.
