I am an Illinois licensed clinical psychologist. While I have had experience addressing a wide variety of issues, I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety & Stress Disorders, Couples and Relationship counseling and Trauma and abuse. My approach is holistic and integrative uniting a number of traditional and non-traditional treatment methods for the sake of meeting a broader range of challenges. Working with individuals, couples and families to get the most out of therapy is very important. Using a family systems approach allows the client to better understand the role that they are playing within the family unit and how to better utilize there individual gifts to improve each relationship. Also clients learn how to set boundaries and accept the boundaries of others.

A Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) has not only fulfilled requirements via hundreds of classroom hours to achieve a doctoral degree but has also completed 5 years of face-to-face experience in psychological assessment, diagnosing, and treatment of children, adolescents, couples, families, groups, & individuals. While I am in a solo practice today, I have worked with clients in hospitals, group practices, in-home care, & mental health clinics in the Chicagoland area.
