We live in an age where individuals tend to change careers multiple times in their life. The days of people starting and ending their career with the same company or career are rare. It is important that we develop the ability to adapt to change in our ever changing world. If we are not happy with our career it can have a big impact on our life. Testing can help identify areas of interest, aptitude, expertise, likes. In counseling, we strive to help clients get more reward from their careers without the need to change jobs. Testing and the ability to openly talk about how you feel about your job, how you could change that same job, or what else to look for have proven very valuable.

Finding the right career is hugely important! But how to go about it is often difficult. My approach is to work with people according to their strengths, interests as well as their education and experience. What do you really like to do? There's an old saying attributed to Mark Twain: “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” This is easier said than done. Nevertheless, by working systematically you can work step-by-step. What were trying to do is build HOPE but yet take ACTION. In addition this can be a good way to monitor one's progress. Along the way I offer plenty of encouragement, ideas and certainly my own experience. I get good result
