Hello! My name is Zack, and I provide online counseling for men. I help men overcome stress, bad habits, demotivation, communication issues, and career problems. And with a background in ministry, I’m happy to provide a faith-based approach for those that desire it.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship, family and parenting issues. I work with children, teens, adults and families. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I will listen to your needs and help you on your journey.
