As part of this, we will explore how your family history, childhood, and important relationships are impacting you today. I will help you to develop coping strategies that use mindfulness, relaxation, behavioral changes, and emotional regulation.

Within my private practice, I offer individual adult psychotherapy. My approach while working with you is to see you as a unique individual. Developing a therapeutic relationship that can assist you in coming to know, learn and understand your internal world. Our internal world is made up of conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, fears and anxieties that do impact our external choices. My treatment approach is to help you open up more awareness of yourself internally to be able to grow more skills to care for yourself in different ways. I believe we develop symptoms when our internal selves feel stuck and unable to grow. Therapy is about fostering growth.
