Our internal world is made up of conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, fears and anxieties that do impact our external choices. My treatment approach is to help you open up more awareness of yourself internally to be able to grow more skills to care for yourself in different ways. I believe we develop symptoms when our internal selves feel stuck and unable to grow. Therapy is about fostering growth.
