Learning to deal with it productively can require employing strategies that help alleviate anxiety in the immediate circumstance (mindfulness, relaxation techniques, etc.) and also strategies that help us identify and tap into deep and abiding sources of encouragement and strength, building our conscious connections with God and with others as we address our core fears and the core relational beliefs that may be sources of ongoing anxiety.

Anxiety and stress are a very normal part of life but sometimes life's changes can cause anxiety to become bigger than you can handle. The good news is anxiety is very treatable! I utilize a series of exercises and activities that help my clients understand the anxiety and then control the anxiety. It takes a combination of coping skills to find the peacefulness of life without anxiety, but whether you are a child or adult it is possible to live without it!
